• Total bedrooms: 2.
• Total toilets: 1.
• No bedroom (en-suite).
• 1 separate (general) toilet.
• 1 kitchen.
• Suitable land size, including a 6m setback (at the front) and a 3m airspace (both sides and rear): 120ft x 60ft (1 plot), or 100ft x 50ft (1 plot), or any bigger plot (minimum of 63.5ft x 37ft).
FILE FORMAT
An uncompressed ZIP file containing all of the above drawings and details (pages 1 to 11), all in PNG (picture) format.
DELIVERY
• PHYSICAL DELIVERY: All hard copies of the House Plan, as well as the "Formal Agreement" and "Terms and Conditions," will be delivered to the buyer at a mutually agreed-upon meeting location. Delivery is only available within Nigeria, and transport charges apply; the cost of transport is determined by the meeting location. If you select this method of delivery, you will also receive soft copies (if desired).
• DIGITAL DELIVERY: The buyer must provide an active Email Address or an active WhatsApp Account to which the uncompressed ZIP file containing all soft copies of the House Plan, as well as the "Formal Agreement" and "Terms and Conditions" will be sent. Delivery is available worldwide. If you choose this method of delivery, you will not be able to obtain hard copies. If you really need hard copies, you can print the soft copies yourself (the paper size is indicated on the House Plan).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This product "House Plan 7" designed by "Rheelwon Creativities®" is a guaranteed standard House Plan. However, it must be approved before it can be used for construction.
• Once the House Plan has been approved, it can only be used for construction once. If you require uniform buildings, Rheelwon Creativities® can assist you with uniform designs, which will undoubtedly have to be sold separately and approved separately with different approval numbers or codes, regardless of the uniformity.
• The House Plan may not be redrawn or modified without the express permission of Rheelwon Creativities®. And it is strictly forbidden for any individual or entity (including an architect) to copy the Architectural Design (House Plan) without the express permission of Rheelwon Creativities®; doing so is considered theft.
• It is not permitted to resell or transfer ownership of the House Plan to another individual or entity without the express permission of Rheelwon Creativities®.
• Once the House Plan has been approved, Rheelwon Creativities® is not responsible for the building's construction, supervision, or any construction-related issues.
• It is permissible to use any colour or colour combination, or any finish or combination of finishes, for the building's construction, regardless of the colour or finishes used for the House Plan.
• Violations of the terms and conditions of this product "House Plan 7" created by "Rheelwon Creativities®" may result in legal ramifications. Thank you.
